Can an express courier collect immediately?
Urgent requests are checked subject to availability. You can request online around the clock; this does not guarantee immediate pickup or same-day delivery. Pickup time is confirmed personally.
Can I schedule a courier in advance?
Yes. Select “Choose a time” and enter your preferred time. The form accepts times from one hour to 90 days ahead. Your order confirmation determines the agreed service.
How much does a courier cost?
The form calculates the route and a CHF price based on distance, parcel size, urgency and applicable time surcharges. A price marked as a draft tariff is for a request. An order becomes binding only with the relevant confirmation.
Can you transport medical products or valuables?
These shipments require individual review and confirmation. Describe all transport requirements and declare the value for valuables. Acceptance, price and insurance are agreed separately.
Do you provide actively refrigerated transport?
The vehicles have no active refrigeration. The sender supplies any required insulated packaging and coolants. Temperature requirements and permitted transport duration require individual confirmation before acceptance.
