Airport pickup for business and private travel
Select Zurich (ZRH), Basel (BSL) or Geneva (GVA) and your exact destination. Add your flight number when submitting the booking details. Personal meet-and-greet, flight tracking and 60 minutes of airport waiting from actual landing are included for confirmed airport pickups. The meeting point is agreed with your journey details.
Hourly chauffeur or a single transfer?
For one pickup and one destination, choose a one-way transfer. For separate outbound and return journeys, enter both pickup times. If you have several meetings, an event or a flexible itinerary, choose hourly service and your planned duration. Share all stops, appointment times and special requests so the itinerary and availability can be confirmed.
Choose a vehicle for your guests
Compare saloon, executive, luxury and van classes using the passenger and luggage capacities in the booking form. Vehicle photos and models are examples; a particular model or special equipment requires confirmation. For VIP guests, tell us your preferred vehicle class, pickup instructions and any discreet identification requirements before the journey.
A clear plan before you travel
Provide the pickup address, date and Swiss local time, number of passengers, luggage and itinerary. Review the displayed price and whether the option is an instant booking or an availability request. Additional stops, itinerary changes and extra waiting should be agreed before confirmation. Business invoice details can be entered with your contact information.

Can I book a chauffeur for several hours?
Yes. Choose hourly service in the form. The current duration selector offers 2 to 12 hours. Share your itinerary and the addresses of planned stops; availability and the final scope are confirmed for your request.
Can I request a VIP or business transfer to another Swiss city?
Yes. Enter the exact pickup and destination, then compare the vehicle classes. For complex itineraries or a specific vehicle, contact us before confirmation.
Do you offer a shared airport shuttle?
These are private journeys for your booking group, rather than scheduled shared shuttle seats. Choose a vehicle with enough space for all passengers and luggage.
